LUTON ACTUALLY

Thousands of wrapped presents are screened, opened and searched every year as part of airport security checks.

To help travellers reach their destination with their gifts under wraps, we helped London Luton Airport (LLA) launch a friendly, festive airside gift-wrapping service with a difference…

Inspired by the iconic Christmas film Love Actually, we collaborated with Rowan Atkinson lookalike Nigel Dixon to launch the service with a parody of the memorable scene in which overzealous store ‘artiste’ Rufus gives a masterclass in elaborate gift wrapping.

The completely free-of-charge airside gift-wrapping service will be available to passengers on Thursday 21st December and includes gift wrap paper, tags, adorning ribbons and various festive extras including dried flowers, cinnamon sticks and lavender.

We organised photography and worked alongside our sister agency Oh My! to capture videography of the service in action to share with media ahead of launch.
