TIN MAN EXPANDS CREATIVE COHORT WITH APPOINTMENT OF GAVIN LEWIS AS CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Creative agency Tin Man is delighted to welcome Gavin Lewis as Creative Director in a move that builds on the agency’s growing creative cohort.

The announcement follows some landmark wins for the agency including a global remit for Versuni, Mars’ pet food brand Royal Canin, dairy company Yeo Valley Organic and a couple of other significant new accounts still to be announced.

Gavin brings over 20 years of experience to the role, working alongside brands such as IKEA, O2 and Iceland. Gav spent the last decade as Executive Creative Director at Hope & Glory, with roles at Mischief and Weber Shandwick on work spanning many sectors including FMCG, retail, telecoms and tourism.

The full Tin Man creative cohort now includes in-house design and production offering, Tin Studio and award-winning content agency Oh My!

Gavin will join Creative Partner Paul Valentine, Creative Charla Maclean, Creative Director (content) Natalie Honan, Creative Producer (content) Kate Woodland and Creative Designers Sam Clothier and Ines Guibel in a move that will help meet the evolving needs of its expanding client base and full service offering which has recently seen it add paid digital to its capabilities.

Tin Man clients include Mondelez International, Unilever, Versuni, Vodafone, Gumtree, Guide Dogs and Virgin Atlantic amongst others.

Mandy Sharp, CEO and founder, Tin Man, commented: “As we grow, so does the scale and complexity of the briefs we receive. We’ve known Gav for many years and admired his work for afar. Now is the right time to bring him into the fold and bolster the award-winning strategic and creative offering here at Tin Man.”

The appointment comes as Tin Man reports 58% growth from 2021- 2022, and a headcount that has doubled in size since 2021.

Gavin Lewis added: “I’ve always enjoyed a friendly rivalry with Mandy and the team. I know first hand how tough they are to beat which means I’m delighted to be joining them”.
