The Tin Man team recently headed down to South Bank to host passersby at a Smile Café for belVita, driving awareness and encouraging donations to its charity partner FareShare, through the Give a Smile, Help Fight Food Poverty initiative.
In a bid to unleash the power of positivity, we enlisted the help of larger than life TV personality, Chef, and rapper Big Zuu, who became our Head Barista (or as we like to call him, a ‘Beamista’). Throughout the day, people were offered hot drinks in return for a smile, where, for every smile collected, belVita donated a meal to someone in need.
Based on the insight delivered by new research, where it was revealed 69% of Brits would have their mood boosted if they were offered a free hot drink, we set out to spread some positivity and secure ‘donations’ to Fareshare. Working with our sister agency Oh My!, we captured content of the smiling public as part of a feel good piece of content, bringing to life the belVita brand ethos and belief in the power of positivity; on this occasion, showing how it can be used for the greater good.
