Diversity & Culture

Our ‘Communications with Heart’ ethos is more than just a slogan: it runs through everything we do, including the way we work together. We are a supportive and committed bunch who care about our work, our clients and each other from our office in London as well as when we’re working at home two days a week.

And we aim to create opportunities and reduce barriers for everyone, particularly under-represented groups.

  • Inclusivity training sessions

  • PRosper industry talks at schools and colleges in underrepresented communities.

MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING

Our dedicated Hearts & Minds health and wellness programme supports our team in their day to day working lives both physically and emotionally. We’re really proud of the culture of openness we’ve created to remove the stigma around mental health. In fact, we’ve been nominated for industry awards for our work in this area:

  • An Employee Assistance Programme for all staff including 24hr helpline and free counselling

  • Training for mental health first aiders via St Johns Ambulance

  • A comms blackout meaning no work communications 7pm-7am on email, phone or Whatsapp to maintain healthy work/ life boundaries

  • A ‘no questions asked’ mental health sick leave policy

  • Bespoke Wellness Action Plans for all

  • Regular training sessions from expert speakers on topics such as sleep, nutrition, fitness and resilience
