TIN MAN CELEBRATES TEN YEARS

In case you haven’t noticed it’s our Ten Year anniversary 😉, we are going BIG - with a month full of content and celebrations. What a journey it’s been.

A decade filled with award-winning campaigns for leading global brands, fostering a legacy that fills our award cabinet to the brim. Along the way, we've had the pleasure of collaborating with some of the brightest minds in the industry, shaping experiences that resonate far and wide. 

To commence this celebratory milestone, our founder Mandy Sharp shares a heartfelt reflection on our journey to date.  Join us as we take a glimpse through  some of our most cherished highlights over the past ten years in our ‘Ten’ Man film. 

 “To be honest, I have no idea how 10 years has passed so quickly. It seems only yesterday I was sitting at a desk trying to write the first version of the Tin Man website and hiring our first account executive! 

So many amazing achievements, experiences, moments and people along the way. Unfortunately, far too many to mention here. And of course, there have been a few hairy times too. But, when I think back to when I started Tin Man - just me and an intern, and then quickly bringing in my brilliant stalwarts Elly Kestenbaum and Natalie Neave (thank god!), I would never have imagined we'd be a whopping 57 people, about to move into our third, (very swanky) new offices and boast the plethora of award-winning campaigns and leading global clients that we do. 

I’ve always said, you’re only as good as your team and of course, none of this happens without a lot of blood, sweat and tears. Hard work, graft and bucket loads of passion and drive. But, surrounding yourself with trustworthy and talented people, remaining true to your values, always striving to deliver the best work and partnering with ambitious and brilliant clients – helps make this happen. 

I am beyond proud of what we’ve achieved in 10 years and grateful to everyone who has joined  us on the yellow brick road so far. It means a lot. 

Finally,to all those who will become  part of our next chapter. Welcome. Let’s make it another magical decade in the land of Oz.
