In celebration of all things Scotland, our whisky distillery client Speyburn tasked Tin Man with putting together an event that would laud the spirit of Robert Burns as well as showcase the fine ingredients, tastes and notes that Speyburn’s range has to offer.

And so our Burns Night media event took place in the Spring Restaurant, nestled within the hallowed Georgian halls of Somerset House. With the restaurant’s focus on natural ingredients, it was the perfect partner for Speyburn and our Burns Night celebrations which would see the starter, main and dessert courses twinned with signature Speyburn expressions.

Rabbie Burns was honoured in style, with journalists ranging from BBC Good Food to the The Mirror waxing lyrical over Speyburn in the press. The evening was also a perfect amuse- bouche for the Speyside Whisky Festival press trip taking place in the Spring
